1. How many people can sleep on a Campervan?
Although our campervans are legally capable of taking 5 people, we don’t recommend more than 4 adults per trip.
2. What's included in the campervan?
Once you rent a campervan with Vanscape, we will provide you the following material:

Fridge
Cooker
Solar panel
Boiler (Warm water)
Heater
Complete WC (toilet, shower and washbasin)
2 double beds + 1 single bed (child)
Rádio
Exterior awning
Exterior table and chairs (1 table and 4 chairs)
Bike rack
Cooking utensils (Plates and bowls, glasses, cutlery, pans, frypans…)

We want our clients to have the best experience possible, so we will try to provide all the things we feel that you’ll need during your stay.
3. The campervans are supplied with a full diesel tank?
We deliver the campervan with a full tank and it must be returned the same way.
4. Can I rent a campervan for just one day?
No, we have a minimum of 3 nights per booking in low season and a minimum of 5 nights per booking in mid and high season. Nevertheless you can contact us and depending on the availability it may be possible to make an exception.
5. Does the price include insurance?
Yes it does. You are covered with a third party insurance on the Van and an additional insurance for personal accidents.
6. Is there a security Deposit?
Yes there is. At the delivery of the Van, clients must leave a security deposit of 600€ (cash only).
From the total, 500€ are to cover damages on the van, and will be returned to you if no damage is verified and the campervan is delivered cleaned and with the diesel tank full. The other 100€ are to cover the Via Verde toll expenses and will be transferred to the client 15 days after the check-out according to what you spent on tolls during the period of your trip.
7. What are the procedures for collection and return the campervan?
Check-in: From 14h30 to 18h30
Check-out: From 09h00 to 12h00

Check-in or check-out outside office hours, a fee of 30€ will be charged.
Check-in after 00h00 a fee of 50€ will be charged.
8. Where are the collection and delivery depots?
The collection and delivery of the Van will be done in the following address: Lisboa Camping, Estrada da circunvalação 1400-061, Lisboa.

9. Can I leave my car / bike in the period in which I hire your campervan?
You can leave your car / bike with us, this service is free, but entirely at your own risk. Your vehicle will be parked in an exterior parking lot near the campsite.
10. What happens if the campervans fails or has any problem?
All our campers are inspected regularly. If any unfortunate occurrence happens we’ll try to get you in contact with the nearest workshop to try and solve the problem. If that doesn’t work we’ll try and send someone from our staff to solve the problem. If it’s something impossible to repair on location, we’ll try to replace the Van.
12. Can I drive outside Portugal with the campervan?
No, you can’t. The insurance we provide only covers Portugal.
12. What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?
If you cancel your booking 1 month prior to your check-in date, we will return the total amount already paid. if you cancel your booking until 15 days prior to your check-in date we will keep the deposit (30%) and return the rest of the booking value. If you cancel your booking less than 15 days prior to your check-in date, there will be no refund.
